Reflective Parenting Groups

This innovative 12-week virtual workshop series provides parents with new ways of looking at the interactions between parent and child to cultivate stronger relationships. The group focuses on how to develop effective parenting strategies with respect to temperament, discipline, emotional regulation and more. Throughout the ten weeks, parents will develop a reflective model to understand the thoughts and feelings that underlie their interactions with their children. This reflective capacity lies at the heart of effective parenting. Research demonstrates that reflective capacity helps parents strengthen their relationships with their children and support healthy cognitive and social-emotional development.

We offer private groups with a minimum of six participants. We will also partner with schools or other community programs to provide this service.
