I am passionate about fostering a collaborative environment where you can explore life’s challenges and transitions with patience, motivation, and acceptance. Together, we will deepen your understanding of yourself and the different layers of your life, bringing creativity and flexibility to evidence and strengths-based practices.
Guided by my experience working with individuals, groups, and families across school and community settings, I draw on training in child development, attachment theory, social-emotional learning, and trauma-informed therapy.

As a UCLA MSW graduate, and a Clinical Fellow at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, I am continuously expanding my therapeutic approaches to incorporate Mindfulness practices, Family Systems Work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and elements of Somatic work with Psychodynamic Therapy.
As you navigate through emotional growth, anxiety, relationship dynamics, grief, or struggles with self-perception, you will be met by a guiding light, trust, and time to explore your strengths, build resilience, develop lifelong coping skills, and thrive.
Outside of connecting with you, I spend time nurturing my own connections by spending time in nature, listening to music, petting my two fluffy dogs, and enjoying sunny days.
