My Approach
Therapy is for YOU. It’s a space to explore your needs, emotions, beliefs, relationships, values, goals, and more. It’s also a place to process how personal, intergenerational, and societal histories have shaped your life. Therapy can challenge you to make meaningful changes by helping you break patterns that no longer serve you — and build new ones that do.

To support this journey, I center your needs and strengths while creating a warm, empathetic, and attuned environment. I tailor my approach to match your life experiences, drawing from Attachment Theory, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Theory, EcoTherapy, Play Therapy, and Trauma- and Resiliency-Informed Care.

As a therapist, I believe the foundation for meaningful growth is our connection. We need to be able to trust and understand each other. How else are we suppose to figure out this being human thing?

Since 2014, I’ve been working with children, adolescents, families, and adults as both a social work and public health professional. My experience across private practice, community clinics, schools, hospitals, domestic violence shelters, and government agencies has shaped me into a versatile, compassionate therapist who can support a wide range of challenges and life experiences.
