My Approach

I believe healing begins with kindness—especially the kind we offer ourselves. In our work together, I’ll support you in reconnecting with your strengths, even those you might not fully see yet. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that we all have the capacity to grow when we feel truly seen and supported.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply seeking to understand yourself better, I’ll meet you with warmth and acceptance. We'll create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns at your own pace.

At the heart of this work is connection. I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential—it creates the safety needed for vulnerability, reflection, and meaningful growth.

I use a variety of theoretical approaches to support your unique needs and goals, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.

Since 2019, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across diverse settings including hospitals, schools, government agencies, and community-based mental health programs. Reaching out for support is a brave step—I'm here when you're ready.
